Lets Go Holiday

"Unlike other malls, IKANO allows you to bring your pets around while you shop."

Specially allocated paths and escalators have been designated "Pets Allowed" so you can bring your little furry one around, especially when visiting the Pet Store in the mall. We have dedicated parking spaces for you to drop off and pick up your pets. We understand that pets are part of the family.

IKANO PET FRIENDLY TIPS
1 Potty Training for Dogs:
Puppies, we have been told, are not unlike human babies. They will learn whatever is taught to them. It also applies in the case of teaching sanitary habits. You must have observed how smugly young toddlers place themselves on baby toilet seats to do their jobs. Although puppies cannot express themselves like young children, they do give indications that we must learn to recognize.

2 Better Food, Less Mess:
To get your canine the healthiest he can be, consider feeding him a high quality natural dog food that is typically found at a specialty pet store or online.

3 Kitten-proofing your home:
Is there anything more fun than a new kitty? But no matter how cute little fluffy might be, the cat's early years are the most frustrating and dangerous, as kittens are curious about everything, including sharp objects and poisonous material that could be ingested.

4 Having a fit and happy indoor cat:
Can a cat kept entirely indoors lead a happy and satisfied life? The answer is yes. A recent study showed that a cat kept indoors is likely to live twice as long. Keeping your cat indoors means they can't pickup diseases from other cats, be run over by a car, or taken by strangers.

5 Pet Photography Tip 1:
Pets fill very quickly their place in our hearts and families and we enjoy having their pictures framed on our desk or wall! However taking pictures of them are not always easy. If possible, always use natural light when taking a picture of your pet. Avoid flash, as flash burst can, not only cause red-eye, but also frighten the animal. Instead try to go outside or, if it is not possible, in a room well lit by a large window.

6 Pet Photography Tip 2:
It is very important that your pet feels comfortable and at ease, so instead of forcing him/her to come to you, you need to go to him/her. Most important is to get down to his level. We all know how a dog looks when viewed from above, this is the way we always see them. Show us the way they see world! Sit on the floor or lie on your belly and remember to shoot from HIS eye level or below.
